yeah no prob
if you go to http://kids.discovery.com/fansites/endurance/endurance.html it will tell u a lot more too
 
it's basically a reality show for kids (haha duh)
and they divide into teams of 2 (1boy and 1girl)
each team gets a different color
the teams compete in different challenges
there are 2 types of challenges: endurance and temple
Endurance:
the winner of the challenge gets to give 1 team the samadhi
the samadhi is usually a disadvantage for the next mission
ex. in the next challenge the team with the samadhi will have to wait 5 minutes after everyelse to start the mission
TEMPLE:
the winner of this challenge gets to send 2 teams to the temple of fate (tof)
at the temple of fate the 2 teams play water-fire-wood (it's like rock paper sissors)
                   fire beats wood
                  wood beats water
                 water beats fire
it's the best 2 out of 3 rounds
the winner of that game will get to go return to the game but the losers will have to go home
and endurance goes on until there's only 1 team left and they win!!

oops i forgot
there are pyramid pieces too (very important lol)
these are good, you want to get all of them
at the very beiginning of endurance each team gets 1 piece
and the winner of every endurance mission gets 1 piece along with the samadhi
(they keep the piece though, they don't give it away with the samadhi)
and when a team gets eliminated after the temple of fate game they can leave their piece/es to any team thats still on endurance
 
all togehter there are 13 pyramid pieces
they are
Strength, Heart, Courage, Perseverance, Luck, Trust, Leadership, Discipline, Knowledge, Commitment, Teamwork, Ingenuity and Friendship.
you need all 13 of them to win endurance
 
i think thats about it
unless i forgot something else lol

there's usually one every day
except not on weekends
there is ususally one challenge per episode

In filming time, there's a mission everyday - on E5, they had a mission on a Saturday, I think, but besides that, there were no weekend missions.
