I was thinking about something...

Here is my thought:

I joined many groups, I deleted my presence from the ones who were most inactive. I joined one group last year that has blocked me from ever seeing their group. I made this group under the name THE Realm of Darkness... then re-made it as it is now. Someone approached with a rotten attitude and snear... I blocked them from future anything... he is the king to Realm of Darkness. I know there maybe a few of you who know who he is.. he told me their group had been around for 5 yrs.. lie.. the journal group has only been around since 2004. I dislike liars. If anyone further harasses me about my group.. I will ban, report and block you. I had to get this off my chest. Fucker.

hey cass,

don't feel bad i know how you feel about that kinda stuff. i had a few idots in my group yelling at me because of it being called white wolf. As you probley know there is a book rpg by the same name. i won the battle after proveing that the group i made had nothing to do with there game name. that it refered to a white wolf not the game system they use. However i would like to point out something just because you know i hate liers, but feel that we should look at the posilty that he could be telling the truth. You see white wolf gaming has been up and runing for about 6 years now however if you notice lestat joined in 2003 and i in 2004 which is not posible sence i own the group. what i am saying is the person could be telling the truth but may have had something simmular happen to his group that happened to mine and even the coven at one time. See mine was deleated by a person i once trusted and had to be remaid. The same thing happened to the frist coven. I am not saying that you are not right about the guy being jerk and childish. I am just saying that he could be telling the truth about how long the group has been around. This by no means gives him the right to bitch at you about the name of the group as it is a refelction of your own ideas and your own world. Let no one tell you that you have no right to the name you choose to refect this place. i hope nothing i have said has upset you as that is not my intencens.

Heya Cas hunnie, like Caja said sweetie dont worry to much over little things...

I know the group your talking about The realm of darkness, ..Im membered there as well,...Been in and out of the group since I started roaming the realm over 4 years ago.... Im just a seat warmer there though,But the True Owner is a female....Jaide LeMorte...she is basically just like us, ...a female with graphic talent trying to keep Her group active....is friends with her but cause guys come and go as King in her Realm I do not know of the Man you speak of......All this doesnt change how this man was to you though,...the group names are similar yes,...but alot of groups here on MSN have names alike....is everyone gonna bitch if people put Blood,Vampyre,Soul,Tavern,Castle in their title.....think not....People will get over it and if not then they should just turn their head and go forth cause the groups arent even close to one another....they RP in another chat server and just hold the group in MSN. I Will try and get ahold of Jaide and see what her veiws on this maybe, could be just this Mans veiws cause since I've known her she hasnt come across to me as someone thats petty....actually shes very cool but I'll talk with her Hun and let you know what she says if you want me to

I have no time for fools like him.. and will speak with Jayde over this matter.. if she wishes. I thank you a million times over Carmi. So to further cover my ass... Copyrite your thang check it out. I did some research after our convo and found that out. So he needs to understand this as well...I studied and am studying law.. to approach someone on copyrite anything, you need proof to back up your word....
It is all well in good that is their group, but don't come to me with copyrite infrigements.... I know my law and he went over the line.

I know of a company called Collins software.. there about 100 thousand or more out there.. and none of them are worried about copyrite infringements... they make enough money. I will copyrite the name I have just do it... but it is not nessecary too, just the things you make under your own copyrite, not someone elses...

He may have come off nice, but infact wasn't... you don't need to be harrassing someone over a NAME. Get over it. I will tell him again and will further take steps if he has a problem about this. Company's around the world bigger than his ass will ever be, making more money and what not are not worried about a NAME. And the ones that do have the NAME is because they are billion-aires. I am sure this is guy is far from that. So.. I said my peace and wanted to share this log to show he approached me first.. I have it saved in a notebook online.

I only brought this up because he no sooner IM's me, wants to join my group, which I denied him and then blocked him further access to me ever again. So for someone who was trying to be nice, and pan things out didn't have to appraoch me with lies... If the group had been around nearly 5 yrs.. prove it...

Caja... I understand.. I know ppl can be rude... white wolf maybe WW the RPG game by book, but I knew your group had nothing to do with it.. you were basing it on the Wolf itself. Carmi.... I really appreciate you talking to Jayde on this matter... if he is infact the husband to be or whatever... fine, but leave the personal shit out. I wanted to come to you on this before, but it just came out in bitchin' mode. I do want to pan it out... but this group is staying no matter what is said to me.. I had it changed for that guy... I joined again and helped out to make it look as it does... I in no means had any desire to use the name Realm of Darkness because of Jayde's group.. I am my own realm of darkness.. now it is eternal...

so anything you find out, let me know.. have her contact me by IM if she likes or e-mail if better.. I am a cool person to talk matters over.. but he dug his own grave with me with his chat above. Nice or not.. I said my peace to him and then he banned me from the RD group without notice... and I stil have a post in the group not deleted.. I want nothing of mine in that group... I have friends in high places... and in low who will hunt out what I need... is why I tell ppl don't fuck with me. On here it is for fun, irl is not as much.. more work involved.. online is enjoyment away from reality... and this got ugly.

I'll try and get in touch with Jaide and see where I get with this all hun, see what her veiws are as well, ...but in the end it doesnt matter cause this group isnt gonna be delete just for this reason like you said, and the groups arent the same, they are different, there realm is call Realm of Darkness and has a totally different history and background in the group then this groups Eternal Realm of Darkness.

Like I stated before though ....many groups have similar names, and alot of similar information as well.... but you can't get away from people making their own groups with the dark topic's like Vampires, and clans and anything that evil and darkness.

not many groups held all the information that Souladrin has about Vampires but in the last 4 years groups grew to a massive number having all but the same information down to the last word, but Im not stupid enough, or care to argue and go around acussing people of taking my idea's and telling them to change it all in their group cause their home looks just like mine.....it wasnt actually my information in the first place.....and its basically in white wolf to copy or dl.

I know this group all just stems from your charactor...hell your names Lady of Darkness...lol, it speaks for its self....you'd name the group Realm of Darkness, but you added the Eternal.

I myself believe thats enough change since their history and their groups totally different then yours....This group doesnt follow White Wolf's veiws on Vampires, their group does.

Just my take on it all, and I will try and get ahold of Jaide for you ...maybe you both can talk.....let me now if you want her IM addy.

As I stated Cas,..I've been friends with Jaide the last few years but there has been more Kings in RD then this newest King of Jaide's. He seems very arrogant and so sure of himself,...but I wonder........if hes gonna point fingers at Everyone ...They hold a Realm of Darkness, but there's the others like Vampires Realm of Darkness....is he gonna go and tell them they must change their name because it holds Realm of Darkness? Im just not sure anymore, seems you cant just do anything without people bitching in some way....god, you have it in RL and still have to deal with it online.

Thanks for everything. I hate bitchin over this.. but I just felt the need to get it off my chest. Anyhow.. I have that page you listed under my links as well... LOL... I know there are many realm of darkness groups, either they add something before the name or in the middle or after... but after all my research, he would never have any say anyhow... I know Jayde's group has been around awhile, I remember it from previous years hunting for cool groups. I have come across many under the same name as theirs and know for a fact he shouldn't have asked me to delete the first group I made... he had no right, but anyhow on another note.. I am done ranting on this matter and will wait to hear from you. Thanks again for everything doll!
