In the darkness he came forth
He stood tall, dark and handsome
His demenour spoke loudly, more than his words
I watched him approach with ease and power
I trembled by the deep look in his darkened eyes
He then stood forth before me
Taking my hand into his
Placing his lips upon my hand to kiss
No sooner did he embrace me with haste and no second thought
I felt betrayed by myself, for allowing such to happen
To be weakened by his touch alone
He engulfed me with his passion and fury
I became one with his embrace
He had me drink of his essence
Took me under his wing
We became as one, one with the night
I was no longer alone, but within my dream
