It was night and so Gabriel's senses were at their most keen as he approached the towering walls of the castle before him. His cloak fluttered slightly in the breeze and his short spiky dark hair was ruffled slightly as he kept walking towards a huge set or double doors. This was the place he had heard about in his homeland and in the rest of the world on his travels...this was the place he suddenly felt might be the home he had desired his whole existance. Rolling his broad shoulders, Gabriel reached to his back and felt the hilt of the sword he kept in a sheath beneath his cloak, as if knowing the weapon was there would give him some protection from what might be lurking inside the castle. In his short life span of 86 years, Gabriel had made himself the reputaion of a troublemaker and an aggresive fighter, he wondered if those at the castle might have heard about him and were ready to fight him off because of his earlier mistakes...
Gabriel sighed quietly to himself then stepped forward to knock upon the door. Three loud booming knocks, then he waited...

As I had walked out of the kitchen I heard knocks upon the main doors.  I turned to place back what I was bringing into my room and went to the door.  I looked around to see why no one else answered before opening the big doors to someone looking curious for adventure of a new.  I stood before this man... not but an inch taller than he.  My hair thought was very long, as well black, as much the hues the man looked into when I spoke to him..

"May I help assist you sir?"

I stood as if to wait for him to give his reasoning for falling upons this land and these steps... to then motion him to enter.

"Come this way."

When I spoke, it was in a very low dark tone.  My words short and tot he point.  I pointed to the two bars, fireplace and couches throughout the main room.  I swiftly made my way to one of the bars and prepared my drink.

"Help yourself, or I can call upon someone to help you."

I was far for one to be so kind and help others.  I felt they could help themselves.  I felt I had been somewhat rude as I left the room for him to aquire a drink and comfort before one of my sisters minions entered to put more wood into the fireplace.  The place seemed very quiet.  It was a huge oversized castle with more than enough rooms to wonder off in.

The minion looked to the man and questioned him...

"Your travels have been long and weary.. you come for answers, no?"

Never under estimate my sisters minions.  They looked dumb as hell, but were smarter than the given credit at hand was shown to them.  The minion then waited for his responce while sat in the kitchen to enjoy my fresh catch of the eve.

Gabriel was suprised by the warm welcome he recieved by someone he could tell was imensly powerful. He was wary and his youthful brow was furrowed despite his polite smile. He suspected a trap of some sort. When the servant began to question him, Gabriel sniffed at the contents of his drink and replied. "I came... to see if this place really existed." He said, then shruged and knocked back a good swig of the beverage given to him.
