~the great wings of the dragon are nearly silent, and there is only the slightest thud as she touches the ground, but a flash of light reflecting the gold of the leaves off her mirror-like scales accounces her coming. She allows her tail to dangle in the water as she lowers her head to rest on the ground beside Kit~ Hello Kit. How are you? |

Being human feels so confining sometimes. It's funny, but I never noticed that before the dragon. ~moves her head a little closer, making a show of sniffing and snuffling at both Kit and the cat~ So what's wrong? |

:: She shooed Loyalty from her lap, the guardian sat and nodded respectfully to Myranda and laid down. Kit held her knees to her chest and sighed softly:: I feel....broken... I've always missed home deep down, but the Golden Tiger Inn had always softened that hurt. I feel home here... but now that feeling isn't as strong, Something is missing it seems.... :: She was quiet for a long moment and then looked to the dragon, speaking softly and carefully:: Did you know father was coming back?... |

I know what you mean. For each friend who doesn't return, a part of the magic of this place seems to die. But it's always reborn, at least in part, when a new face smiles on our doorstep. ~sighs softly, emitting a light whisp of smoke from her nostrils as she does, and shakes her head~ No, I didn't know. He comes and goes as he pleases. Always has, I suppose. |

Yes. And sometimes I'm mad at him for coming back. It's a confusing thing. I'm not sure what he wants from me, or what I have to give anymore. I won't be sure until he's here long enough to let me find out, but that doesn't seem to be happening. |

If not, i'll see you when you return :: Kit patted the Dragon and headed back up to the inn. Loyalty paused and bowed to Myranda then hurried after Kit, following her back into the GTI and leaped up to her shoulders once they were again in the common room:: |
