This is a clean, respectful room. No abusive language against other players will be tolerated. Mild language in the course of roleplay is acceptable, at the discretion of the hosts. Racism, sexism, or any other forms of prejudice are not necessary, nor welcome out of character. Play your character, but keep it in character. Love scenes are acceptable, but this is not a "sensual" RP room. Take anything more than kissing into whisper or another message board thread. Be prepared to take even that much to a private conversation if others involved in the RP are offended. Please keep your character clothed, which means more than underwear, unless given permission by a host. Please make an entrance to let the rest of the guests know when you've come into the inn. Examples of entrances: 1.) BeautifulFavorableEmily opens the door to the inn and looks inside...slowly walks inside while closing the door makes her way to a table near a window and sits down 2.) Èrös : - he slinked in, rubbing his eyes. Looking around he found Myranda and sat down next to her, resting his head on her shoulder - stupid freaking.. - grumble, grumble - 3.) °·ø¤ƒîőňä_Łőßéłįä¤ø·° : -she landed in front of the main enterance. Her right foot on the ground and left foot up to her right knee. She then opened her bright Azure eyes and put her foot down stepping inside the inn silently- Be realistic. If you are outside the inn, those inside cannot hear you, and you cannot hear them. Likewise, if you are inside, you cannot hear those outside. This is a medieval era chat. Please do not bring things from the future. Not weapons, not spaceships, not television sets or anything else. If you feel the need for these things, go to a modern or future chat room. *Please see the notes on Accepted Technology and Gunpowder weapons . Killing will be allowed ONLY with the out-of-character consent of all the people involved, or with the express permission of Lady Myranda. If a death is agreed upon, all parties must inform a host. If anyone attempts to kill another character without the mun/typist's permission, the kill will be invalid. If you have a problem with a person's character, try to deal with it in character. Hosts reserve the right to kick anyone who is excessively annoying or disruptive. This can include those who break IC rules and refuse to accept the consequences. The only powers allowed inside the inn walls are benign, which means they are not used to hurt anyone. Use magic all you want, but don't attempt to harm anyone with it. The inn is a haven to all people, whether you like them or not. If any weapon is drawn against another guest, the wielder will get one chance to sheathe it before they are escorted out. Sparring and fighting are allowed outside the inn walls if all people involved agree to it out of character. Fighting is turn-based style, no speed please, and moding will not be accepted. *Please see the note on moding. If your actions damage the inn or its property, reparations are expected. Slavery is neither condoned nor acceptable here. Vampires are allowed to feed only if the victim is willing. The inn and its lands are a sanctuary for any who need it. Lady Myranda reserves the right to modify any rule as needed for the fair roleplaying experience of all players, and has the final say in all matters involving the rules.
