I have been advised that I now have ample evidence to bring a libel action against Grumpy (aka John Evans). I am going to approach KW janitors to see what their views are on this.

I would appreciate any input from regular KW members.

Keep in mind Tony that G2 replies are not necessarily reflective of the general consensus on these issues.

Many choose (understandably so) to remain silent to the general population (G2 is viewable by all who visit whether a member or not) as to be vocal could elicit a retributional response.

Whatever the reason remember support on this issue could be 90%, it just wont be apparent on threads in G2...lol

John's comments about Tony (BL) are so outrageous they are obviously contrived from a warped mind.

I have trouble even believing 'normal' comments..though come to think of it they are few and far between!

Amazing to me how someone can put so much energy into looking for attention that way when acting and chatting normally brings so much more!

I think there's some disjointed logic behind his thinking here..

He probably thinks if he can seperate the Blind Lemon ID from Tony and pretend that they're two different people.. then it would protect him from further proceedings.. because in his mind (I believe).. Blind Lemon would need to provide further prove that he is even the same person who originally set up the Blind Lemon account

If this is his "logic" he's wasting his time.. because even if there was a court case it wouldn't be the "thief" of the Blind Lemon taking action against him lol

Think about it John.. you're stubbornly digging that hole deeper and deeper.. fooling yourself that you're getting anywhere with this

Besides.. it's likely that some time this year so many people would have met up that they can all confirm that everyone is who they say they are.. which would further ruin these ridiculous statements.. not good for JE at all

Perhaps he found some way to keep his address and telephone number out of the public records.
