It occurred to me that because I no longer go into KW that some peeps in here may not have any idea who I am from a hole in the ground... So..here you go...lol Im a nearly 57 yr old old single mum..(though they are old now)......I have two smashing kids who are now 20 and 21....They share an apartment together and still all go out at the weekends together...I'm a lucky mum that way...They are only 'up the road' so I still get to do the cooking etc when I feel like it...or when they have the urge for 'Sunday Dinner'...(gotta get their veggies into them when I can...lol)   Jesse and his girlfriend   My daughter Tam My son decided to start working with me 'Woodgraining'...I had given it a rest and was caregiving for a while with a little 93 year old lady...cos physically it was quite daunting for me climbing on roofs etc..but now Jesse has chosen his career I'm very happily building the company up and have already had our quote accepted to stain the fibreglass doors which may be shipped across Canada through Home Depot! Deb lives 45 mins away from me near Niagara Falls and though we havent done it lately...we get together and have 'exciting ' weekends...lol ..Here we went to..Ohh I dont know but I ended up in a net !     Just recently we went for a night out in Niagara Falls...at 2 in the morning she was close to driving across the border to see what was happening there...Fortunately she mentioned it before I 'nodded'.... Had she gone across I may not have been able to get back...Apparently new laws require me to have some 'paperwork' and the only paperwork I had that night was the directions to the pub! We went out to karaoke at 'Arts' place...I cant post pics of Deb without her OK..(yet)..   (She's on the other half of this pic..lol)   Heres me on a cig break from karaoke..note we only go to the best places...(lol)   Just so everyone knows its really me...Here's me with my voddy! I love being manager of Gripes regardless of the fact I didn't plan on it...and hopefully can continue to give you a place to have the freedom to 'Have your say' no matter what the subject... No need to feel you are not being 'heard' any more! Deja is Assistant manager of G2 and is a real treasure...Always there for me when I need her!
