Lol...I know you are trying to make a point Split...and I DO know there are bugs as I have already mentioned many times.
I feel for you as I was there when you tried to access chat 99,000 times.
Thing is..Yuku has only been out of 'beta' since Feb of this year..
They have been quick to respond to me (regardless of the thousands of new groups moving there before they were prepared I'm sure)
I am impressed with the support group that is included in the site...
You click on 'support' (I think) and post a message which, at that time only group members can see (separate forum)...
I assess the problem, asking members to follow the guidelines to eliminate individual pc problems..and if that doesnt work..then I have the ability to 'escalate' so a yuku team member visits our forum support and help you with the problem or adds it as a bug and eliminates it.
I find that quite impressive!
Escalate tickets:If you feel that a ticket is a Yuku bug simply click "Escalate" and a Yuku staff member will look into this issue.
Mind you...as I have also stated...we are not necesssarily going to stay with yuku...I need to have ease of use and familiarity for ALL gripes members to feel comfortable and yuku doesnt provide the copy/paste function for posts...Thats MAJOR issue as far as I am concerned so I have searched a site that allows that.
IN CASE you want to try to fix the problem you are having...add a post to the Gripes support forum (top right of page I think) http://gripes2gripe.yuku.com and I will escalate it ...From what I have seen they respond really quickly..
You know I care....lol..I have spent a long time checking this out for you.
