The name 'Gripes' was not available so I had to register with Gripes2Gripe even though the site will be the new home for both G2G and KWG
Anything referring to Gripes 2 Gripe refers to the forum as a whole.
G2G refers to this site
I will try and change all the skins to make it cleared which 'group' you are in.
I haven't had time to study all the options, never mind put them all in place...I'm still trying to find the easy way to navigate the site!
Once I do, I will post some screenshots to make it easier for those that just want to check messages and/or post
I will be migrating both groups to Multiply purely for the purpose of archiving them. There are more than 75,000 posts that I couldn't move physically!
If anyone has any ideas on how I can save the group, somewhere on the web, in this format then I would appreciate it.
The customisation of the forum is going to take some time as most of it is in HTML and I'm a total dork at that!
If I get into trouble I'll just pick Jan's brain...She will be able to help me I'm sure
It's probably all very confusing right now...but soon it should be easier for everyone to navigate.
A few of the basics...
Click on the 'Jump' barrell if you want to visit another page...there will be more added once I have them in place but right now it takes you to both forums G2G and KWG.
If you want to go back to the main page showing the chat rooms then (for now) click on the red and white 'Gripes 2 Gripe' link
Here are a list of the pages to add to favourites if you prefer that.
with a directory of all available forums (G2G and KWG) and chat rooms in Gripes 2 Gripe (including real time number of chatters...I'll work on trying to add names of chatters)
