Looks like there is a site that migrates MSN groups and keeps them LOOKING like an MSN group...

Good for Gripes but thought I'd let others know to not panic...yet!..lol

I couldn't give a rat's testicles either.. but it's good to know, thanks to this highly informative information, that there is "a site" somewhere

Is this site as 'good' as yuki and multipy?

Multiply is nasty...

Yuku is hard work...

This one is a click and it (supposedly) looks similar to what it does now...

May not bother members but its really interesting to managers who want to 'save' their group! (or others like me who dont want to spend months moving!)

Lol @  members who don't care...

I am a manager and I am interested which is why I said thanks. It hadn't however crossed my mind for a second that at any point I may enter a state of 'panic'.

Lol Osmo...I wouldn't have thought for one second that you would be in a state of panic over it...

There are, however, lots of managers that have years of 'work' to move and many of them are committing to moving to another location without waiting to see the new options appearing.

I don't know how many 'managers' or members of other groups who's managers don't know what to do, read G2...Just imparting some information for them....lol

Considering there are millions of groups worldwide that are migrating to a handful of sites, there is surely going to be a lot of aggro involved, and very often once you commit to moving one group you cannot use that email address for others.

Even once moved, a lot of the pages rely on the original MSN group remaining intact to still be able to view the pictures and backgrounds etc....Once MSN closes then all the pics will resort to red x's.

The extraordinary amount of time it takes to make these pages means it IS a little scary to suddenly lose them...and I would hate to lose the more than 75,000 posts we've had in Gripes over the past few years....

'Panic' may not have been the correct word for in here...lol...'Jumping the gun' would have been more appropriate..

But....of course...some members don't care anyway..

Well then those managers are very flighty and apparently prone to knee jerk emotional reactions. One wonders how the devil they became managers in the first place.

I used to run a stress management group, maybe you'd like to point some of these numpties in my direction and I'll sort the blighters out!
