The closest place in all Americas that this model was imported, is Ecuador, where you can contact Nissan dealer "Automotores y Anexos" @ 593-2-222-2740. To my knowledge, they're are the only ones that imported this specific model in all the Americas. It will cost you an arm and a leg, though.

El modelo Nissan Patrol MQ 160 / MQ  160 asi como los y60 y y61 son muy populares en colombia, consulte Distribuidora Nissan de Colombia ellos tienen todos los repuestos disponibles.

I can quote aftermarket parts here in Bolivia as well as OEM. If you're after OEM, Panama is your best bet.
 
You can get complete engines, low miles, fairly cheap (I can find out for you how cheap) in Iquique, Chile.
 
We can place an ad in the paper her, see what comes up.
 
My brother just moved to Miami and we are sending a 40' container with his car and stuff from his apartment in a couple of weeks, I'm sure we can fit a complete engine in there.
