As much as we may ignore put off or not even think neccisary, Our hands and feet play a big number in our over all well being.
You may be surprised how giving attention to those area's would benefit over parts of your body jsut by taking the time to give your hands and or feet some well deserved attention.
After all those two things do for us day in and day out. It's nice to give back to them. That they may be happy and better aquiped to provide for us to do those things we love to with them ....giggles....

Most look at things narrowly because thier minds have not been open up to the possibilities. One would generally think what ever spot may be having problems or hurt at the time needs to be directly handled right on that spot.
