Sick don't feel good miserable with a fever...to help reduce to:
Simple.
Grate up ohhh about 1 Tb. ginger root.
Grab some candles .
Run a nice warm bath and toss the ginger right under the fauset and let it go to work.
Soak in the bath for about 20 minutes.

CAN'T BREATH FEEL LIKE YOUR FACE IS GOING TO POP?
 
Boil a large pan of water then
blend 2-3 drops each of benzoin oil and peppermint oil into the water. Place a towel over you head and bend over the pan and inhale. This will give you some relief.
Do it for how ever long you can handle.
These products can be purchaised at any herbal or health stores. There is a wonderful site on the web called  Mountain Rose Herbs. It's great and have these items. In fact most likly carry anything I may mention on this board.

                ~A COLD AND FLU TEA~
To be taken upon the first signs of a cold comming on.
 
gather these herbs-
 
1 tea. peppermint
1 tea. yarrow
1 tea boneset
1 tea elder flower
and a few drops of vinger and honey.
place in a disposable tea bag, muslin bag or a piece of cheese cloth and tie.
Place in your cup pour the steaming hot water over the hearbs let steep 10 to 20 minutes. warm up if neccisary and drink.
You may want to do this every day maybe even two three times a day.
continue until you think the cold has passed you by.

These are some herbs that can be used all together....or...seperatly....or paired up..ect.
place as much desired in a muslin bag or large piece of cheese cloth. Wrap the herbs up and tie onto your fauset. Let the bundle sit right under where the running water will hit and run down the herbs washing all the good stuff into your bath. Soak enjoy and wish you to get better.
HERBS FOLLOW:
MUGWORT
CHAMOMILE
GINGER
ROSEMARY
YARROW
MINT

These herbal bath suggestions are great.
if you are in the need for relaxing...unwinding. To create that calm atmosphere. Especailly for kids. Great for getting the kids in the mode of bed time.
Helps them let go of the day.
You can use these together seperatly or combination. Just make sure to have a muslin pouch or some thin cheese cloth handy.
Tie any of these herbs  up under the warm funning fauset and enjoy your bath.
 
LAVENDER
CHAMOMILE
ROSE PETALS
HOPS
CATNIP.
CAT NIP IS ALSO GOOD TO TIE UP IN AN OLD SOCK TO BE TOSSED AROUND FOR YOUR CAT.:)
IT'S A CRAZY SEDITIVE FOR THEM
