Beer rye bread

Ingredients

1 cup beer

1 egg

1 tbsp olive oil

3/4 tsp salt

1-3/4 cup bread flour

1 cup rye flour

1 tbsp brown sugar (substitute 1/2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar if desired)

1 tbsp caraway seeds

1-1/2 tsp bread yeast

 

 

 

Procedure

put ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed, bake on whole wheat cycle, normal color.
