Unfortunately for him, he then continued to make asinine statements, which were really assumptions about Jesse James and his wonderful wife. In a interview with Belle Castle, Jesse James jokingly stated that Rot was envious of the relationship he had with his companion therefore he constantly made lewd comments about her under the impression that Jesse shared those same lewd thoughts with him. Much to his dismay, that was far from factual and he only used it to mask his own feelings, perhaps towards his own wife.
Sitting inside the nearest Starbucks, this time with Edgar Ashburn who was originally set to interview Jesse before he asked for the controversial Belle Castle, he chose to give the public a piece of his mind on the latest tape put out by his opponent. He had on a plain black dress shirt with sleeves that extended a little bit over his elbows, paired with black jeans made with the best quality and in the United States of America and stitched by the hands of well paid and well treated employees opposed to the delicate hands of the 7 year old that worked in the scorching heat provided by third world countries. Two coffee’s were set on their table, along with a laptop in which Ashburn documented this interview.
“One would say I’m a simple man,�?stated Jesse when asked to describe himself. Being a rather new face to both IRX and Epic, he felt it was only fair that the rest of the roster knew exactly what his motives in the federation. “I don’t consider myself a good man by any means; I’m not charitable, forgiving and I will admit that I enjoy recreational sex with my wife, something Rot seemed to point out but in a rather negative fashion. But at the same time, I’m reasonable and rational and I believe each man has his own mind and shouldn’t be condemned if his ideas differ. Not everyone thinks in the same way, that's why we rely on each other and enjoy great inventions by our fellow humans. I take my career one step at the time and right now my goal is take Rot out of the Tournament, which will enable me to compete with other successful superstars like himself.�?/FONT>
Edgar raised an eyebrow in utter shock, as did the viewers who just heard Jesse put his opponent over.
“Successful?�?/FONT> inquired Edgar, in a soft, whisper like tone? But the look on his face gave away his thoughts about the controversial Rot and sadly to say, it wasn’t positive.
“Indeed,�?/FONT> Jesse confirmed. “Rot obviously is a successful superstar as he has pull over certain iicX superstars. Whether it be success in his endeavors to brainwash a few people into believing the words he spews or using his ‘intellect�?in the ring to win his matches, he’s tasted it. Although our opinions strongly differ, I do hold some respect for him as I have for many other of my opponents.�?/FONT>
Before he could go any further, Edgar seized the opportunity to bring up his old dirty history and rub it in. An interviewer was doing his research and quite well, I might add. Perhaps the fact that he came in second to Belle Castle made him bitter.
“Well I bet Nicole McAllister wouldn’t agree,�?said Asburn and quite quickly in hopes that Jesse might not catch that. He then clears his throat in order to broadcast to the world what he saw. “If you truly respected her why did you just rub your manhood in her face and then urinate on her lifeless body?�?/FONT>
Laughing to himself, Jesse recalled that glorious moment on television. Is he hiding her in a closet somewhere because she’s being a cold fish?�?/FONT> asked Jesse gaining another round of laughs from Edgar. “I don’t doubt that he’d try and blame the wife when the truth surfaces that he slept with Kendrix to try and get at the good man in Aaron O’Brien. We all know it’s coming anyways. Now I know exactly what Rot’s comeback is going to be, because he feels like he needs one. He’s going to accuse me of parading my wife in front of a camera but he’s not yet realized that she herself has worked for Wrestle for Glory and other federations and is involved in this sport herself.�?/FONT>
Nodding his head, Edgar adds in his own insults towards Rot. Neither interviewer took a liking to Rot because of his motor mouth and toxic personality. I guess the man had get to learn that you attract more people with honey than with vinegar.
“I found his insults of your wife so distasteful. I am in fact afraid of Rot because he truly is a threat to me but that won’t stop me from speaking my mind.�?/FONT>
Jesse smiled sincerely as he appreciated Edgar’s support.
“It didn’t really affect her in the least bit as she’s used to this kind of criticism from other crazy gay men and jealous women. Models are meant to be stick thin and soulless and he’s tars them all with the same whore brush but there’s so much more depth to my wife,�?bragged Jesse. “However, Rot and his ranting got me thinking about how I met Candace. It wasn’t at a bar, where intoxicated women throw themselves at you like cheap sluts like Rot experienced. Candace went to college with me and that’s how we met and fell in love. She truly is the complete opposite of me and we both came from different worlds. Jesse chuckled and shook his head in disbelief but now chose to focus on other aspects of Rot’s promo. “It seems as though what he was talking about was mere claptrap, some rant about reality TV and how much he despises the concept. For a guy who hates those type of shows, he seems to be pretty well educated about them. Someone’s a closet fan who probably knows the names of all the girls on Laguna Beach. I don’t understand why he felt the need to bring that up but he sounded like any other man on the street with a beggar bowl, pulling at his foreskin and blaming other people for his downfall. Then he got to thinking about starting his own show. What Rot thinks? The answer is simple, he doesn’t.�?/FONT>
Taking a moment to turn over Edgar’s laptop, he requested that the dirty ol�?tape be pulled up to refresh Rot’s memory on what he said. We are now brought back to Robert T’s pre match rant with his former opponent in tow.
�?B>Rot]: I came into this place with the mindset to dominate it and put it on my back like I've done with every other promotion I've been in. So in my first act of dominace, what do I get? I get O'Brien's bitch of a mercenary John Garrett. I made it perfectly clear that Johnny Boy wasn't going to advance in the tournament, and get a foot up in the industry. You- John, need to understand that in this business, everyone isn't alike. There's people like me..
Rot paused and smirked while looking up.
Rot]: And there's people like you. Naturally, people like you fail- People like you move on to become construction workers and plummers while people like me advance in greatness and strangles it.�?/FONT>
Pausing the tape right on Rot’s open mouth, the way usually likes to keep it.
“Just in case you forgot your own words, Rot!�?exclaims Jesse James with a wink. “His choice of words really give away his feelings, don’t they? He associates the words fail with construction worker and then proceeds to say he’s going to advance in greatness, obviously by being the wrestler John Garrett couldn’t be. Now I must be one to talk, seeing as the contents of my job description involve smashing a man’s jaw back into his neck for the entertainment of others but at least I don’t condemn other fields that only assist me in my job. Rot really needs to have a little respect for other people that don’t live and die of his word,�?/FONT> states Jesse before taking a sip of his now luke warm coffee.
“He has none of it for Tim Decaine,�?Edgar chimes in. These two interviewers were good at being instigators.
“The man that gave him a job in IRX and the same one he works under is thought as an asshole. Just like any other employee who resents his or her boss because they are particular and don’t treat their employee’s like their children, he is typical. It’s obvious me and Mr. Timothy Decaine don’t agree on everything but I respect his choices and decisions no matter how wrong they might seem in one’s eyes. Rot, if Decaine asked me to work for free I’d be up for it. I work right now simply for the love of the sport and I have a sufficient amount of money already. Decaine is my boss and I trust whatever decision he makes is the right one, although if I have a problem or concern I’d talk it out with him instead of putting him on blast in a rant or blog.�?/FONT>
“I must say, I loved your match stipulation. An electrified cage truly is barbaric and no matter the outcome of it, I’m sure most of the iicX roster will respect you both. A small concern with it, however, is whether you chose this match because you assumed it would give you the upper hand in this match. Is there any truth to that rumor?�?/FONT> questions Edgar Ashburn as he recalls Rot talking about it in his tape.
“Not at all, Edgar,�?said Jesse James Curtis. “I stated that I’d try to be as fair as I could and I have been. I did not choose that match because I felt it would give me an advantage over my opponent. To tell you the truth, I’ve never been in one myself which is initially why I chose it. I desired to experience something new and whether or not I come out the victor, it would be one hell of a match. I know now that Rot is quite experienced in cage matches and I can’t wait to see what he brings because I’m going to bring my all. Also, if I wanted to be smart about it, I could have easily sent my idea to Mr. Decaine and requested that it only be announced till a few minutes before our match took place.�?/FONT>
“That would have been truly evil,�?/FONT> interjected our Edgar Asburn. “But you truly are a good man for omitting doing that.�?/FONT>
Shaking his head, Jesse shrugs. “I never claimed to be one.�?/FONT>
With a smile, Edgar reaches his hand out expecting that Jesse would shake it. “It’s been good interviewing you, Jesse. Best of luck in your match.�?/FONT>
Shaking his hand, firmly, Jesse exchanges the same smile.
“The pleasure is all mine and thank you.�?/FONT>
The two men now carry on a casual conversation as the camera slowly moves out and then takes an establishment shot of the New York area.
