Buy a dog ...
 
Walk it every day, regardless of the weather ... for a half hour in the morning, an hour at least each evening.
 
Dry it and clean it's paws after these walks. ( British climate and advantage )
 
Bathe it once a week. ( highly recommended for weight loss and aerobic/vascular stimulation ).
 
Place Vet bills and food bills under sun visor of car, Look at these bills when stuck in traffic. Weight loss ( from anxiety ) guaranteed.
 
Two dogs ... free to first foolish applicant.
