Yes, you can do it.  I'm not a great computer person, but I will try to explain.

 

Push the window icon and the 'e' key to bring up the computer directory.

Click on Local Disk (C)

Click on Program Files

Click on Pampered Partner

Now on the right side there should be a file that says 'Backup'

Back on the left side move the slider until you see DVD/CD-RW Drive (D)

Drag the Backup file on the right and put it in the (D) Drive on the left.

 

You should get a message that pops up telling you you have files to copy.  You pop in a disk and away you go!

 

I'm crossing my fingers that this makes sense!! 

  Sandielou!!!!!!!!!   I have a laptop that I have tried to backup and my desktop wouldn't recognize the DVR... so I've been double inputting everything from each show. (love the laptop for the shows....no adding mistakes....great to have the running total) 

 

PLUS..... I wasn't really backing up my PP on the desktop..... only onto the local hard drive!!!!   YOU SAVED MY LIFE~~~  Thanks!!!   Finally an explanation that I could understand and that works!!!!
