I know a couple of you have said you were doing an after Christmas sale.  What are you offering?

Was lazy and didn't get my newsletter out before today's cut off date for orders.  So I'm thinking of sending it out before the weekend with a little teaser about keep your eye open for an email from me.....BIG SALE after Christmas, kind of thing.

Could just offer 20% off....but I was wondering what everyone else is doing.
