I'm just curious about something.  I have a hostess who really wants to have a show in December.  My weekends before the cut-off date were full and she only wanted a weekend.  She said that her friends didn't care if they got their stuff back before Christmas.  Have you guys ever encountered this?  I mean, with Christmas right around the corner, is anyone interested in spending money on anything other than gifts?  I know I'm not but I thought that you all would have encountered this before!

Thanks,
Michelle

my home office sales manager says that only 5% of your guests actually buy stuff at your shows for gifts.  She actually challenged us to have two shows after the 15th

Make it a festive atmosphere.  People will buy!  It's actually been proven that big department stores that play Christmas music lightly in the background sell more products!  Not all are gifts, but the holiday season seems to get people in the mood to buy!

If they aren't worried about getting stuff back by Christmas then that makes it even better!  Less stress and worry for both you and your host.

If someone does by chance want a product by Christmas they can still order online and pay high shipping OR you can suggest a GC for after Christmas shopping, or you can suggest making a card with the product picture and a little note saying...Santa dropped this out of his sleigh so there will be a slight delay!

Michelle,
You are truly a wordsmith!  I love that cute little saying and the other you posted on Christmas card thread!
