I like the Baked Alaska this time of year. I'll use the Cool Whip tinted green and sprinkle with colored sugar to make it look like a Christmas tree. I've also done it at home with Green tinted frosting instead of the cool whip and then put more stuff on it like M&M's, sprinkles, and licorice for garland. I keep wanting to try the Candy Cane Coffee Cake too. Just too cute! Michelle |

Michelle, I' m curious--how do you demo this at your shows? Or do you just decorate it when you get there? I've always wanted to try that recipe, but haven't been brave enough yet! |

Just decorate. I have the whole thing assembled other than the 'frosting' and garnishing touches. Easy second recipe. Michelle |

Another good one is the gingerbread cake in the fluted pan. Use a German chocolate cake mix, can of pumpkin, 3 eggs and some Cinnamon Plus then microwave for 11-13 minutes. I glaze it with a powdered sugar and milk glaze. |

Is the recipe in documents for the Candy Cane Coffe Cake? We have our cluster Christmas party tonight and that sounds like something good to make.
