HWC and straight $$ doanted ~ I have a lady that is doing a HWC fundraiser that she has already been collecting orders and $$ --- but my question is what do I do with the money????? Obviously it is for the American Cancer Society - but do I collect all the $$ and then get a cashier check and mail it to HO or ?? If anyone has ever had this happen before it would be great if you could give me some insite --- now here's the awesome thing - she had a regular cooking show today (about $500 in product sales) -- but her HWC orders have already surpassed that with $$ also donated - we were both in awe out of people open their checkbooks and hearts to such a wonderful cause!
 
I am also doing a Melanoma awareness fundraiser and so we have a little competition going on between her fundraiser and mine LOL GO PC!!!!
 
Thank you for your help with the $$ issue

I think I would just take it and give it to your local ACS office.

that's kinda what I said -- alot of people placed orders - but also felt that more should go to ACS -- so they gave $$ -- I think when I close out her show on the 10th of May I will just go down to our ACS unless told otherwise Like I said it is amazing to me -- I am doing a fundraiser here in our area that I have contacted a few local HBDS girls and I also (for poops and giggles) a few companies - and was amazed at how many big companies are more than welcome to donate -- I can't wait to see the final tally on this fundraiser or anyones for that matter

you can add donations to pampered partner on personal orders.  If the show is marked as a HWC show, the $ will go to ACS.  (the round up donation area on the order form).  I don't think there is a limit to the donation.

from the feedback I've gotten here and personally - I think I am going to still contact HO in the AM to find out exactly what to do - I've heard that - that you can put it ($$) in the Round UP part - but I dont want it to mistakenly go to the Food Banks - not like they can't use the money - but thats not where people think they are donating to....now the part I hate -- calling HO esp on a Monday - but I need to know because I've got people questioning it....thanks for any feedback thats been givin and coming -- I'll let all know what HO says -

But couldn't you just add the extra money in the round up part?
 
Would that extra money go to 2nd Harvest or HWC?
 
My thoguht is because it is HWC fundraiser, and then if they donated a few extra for ACS, then it would go into the round up box, and then HO would send the proceeds + the extra dollars alltogether to ACS all at once, and then you would get credit for it, and then if you reach $150 in donations and then if you go to NTC you get to sit a in special breakfast area and be recognized for the donations.... right?

that would be awesome - if that is possible (the breakfast thing) - I totally forgot about that part - but I honestly think its only from the "Pink" products that are eligible for the "donation part" - please correct me if I am wrong because if its a combo of pink products and donations YIPEE

That is incorrect.  Round Up money only goes to America's Second Harvest, even in May.  If you want those funds to go to ACS, you'll have to take it to ACS yourself.
