Is anyone else have trouble getting it to add shipping.  Mine is not calculating shipping for some reason.

Do you have the host address in? PPP uses the host address to calculate shipping and tax on the guest orders.

Check that first.

That's what happened to me. I had incomplete information in the host address section & it wouldn't add shipping. As soon as I fixed that, the shipping showed up correctly!!

Its actually a replacement part order.  So I am not sure why its not calculating postage.

Last time I did a replacement parts order shipping was included in the price of the part.

For any replacement part, the dollar amount includes postage, so you won't see any $4.00 charge on that order.  Just the product $$ plus tax.
