Because of the DNC and Howard Dean gave Obama the Michigan Ballot Uncommitted  238,168 votes. Clinton ran out of money.  And crazy things like the caucuses in Texas.
In Texas, actual votes were Clinton - 1,462,734 , Obama - 1,362,476. But the caucus thingy was Clinton - 18,620 , Obama - 23,918.
The  total primary  votes for Obama were 17,869,542. (including the 238,168 Michigan Uncommitted votes)
The  total primary votes for Clinton were 18,046,007 (votes actually cast for her)

Blessed be

And I wish someone could explain to me how those caucus thingys work and why delegates and super delegates don't have to vote the way the people they represent voted.
