| Put all the ingredients in a bottle and shake it up.Allow it to stew under the sun for 2 months at least. Then it is ready for use.Each time you dress a candle whisper the following into the candle:
"You are to dress my candles
When the flames do burn so bright
You are to energize their wax and aid this witches rite."
You may want to say this as you make the dressing too. It's up to you.
