Aura Massage
Massaging an aura is quite similar to regular massage, only there is no physical contact. Rather, the healer energizes her hands, and draws them through the aura layers. This is often done two at a time, leaving the ninth “layer? or vortex above the actual aura. The final pass can be done by drawing the hands over the physical, however this often makes both healer and recipient uncomfortable, and is really unnecessary.
Clap your hands together sharply, and rub them briskly. Hold them apart about four inches ?if you can feel a “tangible?ball of energy between them, you are ready to begin.
Beginning at the crown chakra, cup your hands together and draw them down over the head, in a scraping motion. Judge by the energy flow which side you will begin with (always start with the path of most resistance). Draw your cupped hands over the face, down the neck and shoulder, following through to the arm. When you get to the hand, and fingers, pull the energy away and flick your hands to get rid of it. It will naturally fall to the floor and be absorbed.
Again, return to the head and repeat the process on the other side.
Next, start at the throat chakra and draw the energy down through the aura over chest, abdomen and leg. When reaching the feet, repeat the flicking motion. Repeat on the other side.
Have the recipient roll over and repeat the entire process from the beginning. When you are done, offer the recipient a glass of water, as sometimes such a treatment can dehydrate. Wash your hands to rid them of any remaining energies.
