Dragon Heart Charm

Take a large quartz crystal. Place in a cup and cover with dragon's blood oil. Let set for ten minutes. Take out and place in a plastic Ziplock bag and cover with dragon's blood powdered incense. Close all the way except right at the very end. Leave a small hole right at the edge. You want to be able to smell this when going to bed. Place in a small charm bag and tie. When kept under the pillow or in the pillow case, it will bring restful sleep and nothing can disturb you. It will protect from evil spirits. Before you go to bed, add some dragon's blood oil in your bath and chant:

HEART OF FIRE DRAGON,
ANCIENT GUARDIANS OF OLD,

BRING STRENGTH AND FORTITUDE
TO MY MORTAL SOUL.

BIND MY ENEMIES FROM DOING ME HARM
FOR UNDER YOUR MIGHTY WINGS THERE IS
NO CALL FOR ALARM.
BY DRAGON POWER IT IS DONE!!!!!!
