Soothing Orange-Mint Tea
2 cups boiling water 2 tea bags 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons sugar (or safe substitute) 1 quart orange juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large bowl or pitcher, place boiling water, tea bags, mint leaves and sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags; stir in orange juice and lemon juice.
Refrigerate until cold. Before serving, strain to remove mint leaves.
Makes 6 servings, 8 ounces each. |
