I was walking along alonely trail

 winds a gusting all around

I felt a touch upon my shoulder

no one near me when I turned around

I walked along a little further

I felt the touch yet one again

I turned around without any fear

and saw you smiling as you whispered

into my ear

Have no worries my darling girl I mean

you no harm at all

I just need to say to you my dear I love u best of all

The color of the sea 

Is a deep, dark blue.

Maybe one day,

It will take me to you.

 

As I watch the waves

Hit the rock and break,

I realized I gave you

My heart and soul to take.

 

Time now passes slowly,

Day to day.

How many have passed,

I couldn't say.

 

A storm is brewing,

Way over the sea.

Maybe one day,

It will bring you to me.

 

The light is fading,

Across the open sky.

I can only  hope we find each other,

Before of broken hearts we die.
