Been trying a new approach this time, I waxed the card and then scraped out the image and then heated it up again to get different effects in these next 3 pics. Heart The Stairway To No Where ............ Autumn This last one was me just sribbling with the tip of the iron lol. I am still learning and experimenting and most of all enjoying trying new ways. Thanks Min I use special card to work on although you can use paper but I haven't yet tried my art using it. The wax I use are little squares which heat up nice and smooth on the iron. I have used crayons but they don't melt evenly, crayons seems to leave gaps in the wax. The iron is a special one as most domestic irons have holes on the base so they are not suitable, the iron has to have a flat base, a small travel iron is what I started out using but I decided I would have the real thing as it also can be used as a little hotplate. Take a look at this site for more info on the materials. |

That's great! I mean not only Iced's works but that min has been moved to go to learn it. These are the occasions that make this group's adventure a very nice thing. Ciao |
