Warning!!!
If you are of faint of heart, or very sensative, do not read the following article, for it is an actual and very truthful experience, that just took place in my life.

I have explained in past, that I suffer from Asthma. This can be a very dibilitating disease, depending on the individual. It truly affects one's respitory system, as well as the length of time, we have been given to exist in this life Also what we can learn, or confirm from not only reading about it, but in actuality, personally experiencing it. I must also truthfully express, in the process of writing this, I am not presently in any danger. Had I been a different individual, that would be a totally different outcome.

Use your imagination as you begin to read what follows, and think of how you, or people you know, might or possibly would react, if Ihad taken place in their life. You have been thoroughly warned.

Imagine awakening from a night's sleep, and your mind,  remembering a portion of your dream. It in volved reacting to an individual on the net, that did not seem to understand what you had expressed. In actuality you have the feeling to react, but this is beside the point, for what you are about to actually and truthfully experience.

You have just awoken, and take your first morning's breath. As you do so, your lungs only inhale approximetly 50% of what would be considered a normal breath. You try once again, and have the same experience. 50% of your normal capacity, is all you are able to inhale. Do you panic, gasping over and over, possibly risking Cardiac Arrest, or would you instantaniously become very very patient and reserved, breathing very very very slowly, so that your Brochial Tubes and Lungs in operation to extract the amount of Oxygen from the atmosphere, is able to function properly? Somehow I have the feeling that most would panic and gasp.

It is true, just how much Oxygen it takes for our bodies to function correctly. Just for us to stand or raise an arm, let alone walking, and our normal basic daily movement patterns. Ten years ago, I experienced just that, not being able to stand, to walk, let alone raise an arm over my head. That was very much a deciding experience, and one that landed me not only into the Emergency Room, but as well to be inhabated. Yes, all those tubes and lines that the medical professionals being inserted into differenct areas of my body, only to continue to encourage one thing, life. I sincerily hope, that none reading this piece, will ever have to experience this, as it is a dibilitating once one comes to conciousness, let alone the removal of any one of them.

I have no doubt in my mind, that there is a question in your's. "Why is this man, being so unbelievably graphic?" To impress upon those reading this article, that if you wish to continue your, shall I say, "bad habit" this may be what is in store for you. Being told that they had to bring you back to life 5 times, is definitely scary to say the least.

At your disposal, is an Inhaler, that if used will, in most normal cases, help to break up any blockages within your Lungs, and you use it, breathing in only as deeply as you have been allowed to. Then you hold it for at least 10 seconds before exhaling it, only to find that your breathing has not improved one tiny bit. Again, do you panic, or continue to be as patient as you possibly can, knowing your own capacity to solve this, what could be to some, and insermountable and very mucy a life ending problem?

I could have, in this possibly very critical situation, paniced, but also, am so aware, that panicing would only shorten my life considerably. Over a period of approximetly 30 minutes, all of this time, breathing, exceptionally slowly, and using my inhaler, I resolved my problem, without having to call Professional Assistance.

What is one able to learn from this? True patience, total and unending patience. It was once said, so long ago, "Patience Is A Virtue" and yes, about one and a half hours ago, if I had not been truly patient with myself, I would not be sitting here, writing about it, informing you, of one of the unfortunate hazards of having a much higher level of Asthma within your life.

You'll have to excuse me now, as I wish to return to slumber. My eyes are beginning to get rather heavy. Ya, a couple more hours of normal human sleep, awakening to a normal world? lol

This experience is also helping me to feel much stronger, when I am feeling upset about any one thing. To reflect upon this one particular situation, tells me, that the others could effect me a tiny percentage of what took place this morning. Hmmm

I can understand what you are going through, having many loved ones inmy life who have suffered, some not as severe, some worse, than yourself.

We thought we would lose my cousin this time last year, he was 83 years, and harrassed by kids who were banging on his window, the brave little soles, left him lying in a wet cold lane, and ran off.

Fortunately, he was found, and whilst inhospital, given a heart valve replacement, within six months, he was back fly fishing.. Some miracles do happen..
A different story for my sister however.. Her husband died of cancer six months before she was diagnosed as having Motoneurone Disease..

You are not alone with your pain my friend, it often seems very unfair, but some good things come from bad, even if, it is only, reaching the heart, of a once cold person..

I sincerily and dearly thank you both for your comments.

I am totally aware, that I am not the only one suffering from this dibilitating disease, but it is my intention, to reduce the possibilities of me suffering anywhere near as much. I am presently in the throws of accomplishing this.

I am making changes in my life, that will help and encourage my intention, so that I can continue to focus any healing energy I have, not only toward myself and my future, but as well towards helping others that hurt in so many different ways.

I hope my comments didn't hurt you, or make you feel I was down grading your suffering, it was not my intention.

I hoped that they may help you believe in some way, that there is still hope, as long as work is done in these fields, there will always be hope..

We have not given up hope for my sister, and neither has she... And who would ever have thought my cousin, at 83 yrs, would have a new lease of life, he didn't, but he has..

Stick with it, you never know what lies around the next corner.
