As a civilization, we are daily creating new pinnacles
of possibility, taking stock of what is working, and
returning the rest to Love.  Old models of domination
and aggression are giving way to Unity and Compassion.

For all it's gifts and service, the technocratic world is a
double-edged sword, providing both connection, information
and ease of delivery (We are great-full to use it everyday!)
... while also distracting us from the present, to play in
illusory worlds and so become lazy in our ability to maintain
a single point of focus, and follow through on our commitment
to Love.

Now, consider this: Meditation is a single point of
focus.

In meditation we are present, open and in-tune with
Spirit/Creator/Higher Self.

By nature of creation, Gratitude is a waking meditation ...
a state of being that allows us to experience a single point
of focus as EVERYTHING, to be All That IS ... and flow
centered in the Great-FULL-ness of Life.

During this stage of purification, rather than hiding under
masks of fear, escaping through destructive habits, and
ignoring our inner compass we can choose to Go Gratitude! --
to go bravely and face our challenges, embracing these
teachers to receive the wisdom of the experience ... and so
unify the heart and mind, creating a Divine Union within.

You see, when we unify heart and mind all four aspects of
our being - will, thought, emotion, and senses - come
into alignment and our ability to make positive change is
magnified and amplified!

Interestingly, the heart's magnetic field is 5000 times
stronger than the brain's magnetic field.  So as we choose
to Go Gratitude, to live this state of waking meditation,
we begin to 'Think with the Heart, and Love with
the Mind'.  We create from the center of our being, and
every breath becomes a prayer of Gratitude. WOW!

Now, in the beginning, as with any discipline, we are rarely
able to sustain, or shift quickly, into a state of Gratitude.

The ego mind habitually steps in to bring us back to "reality"
... focusing on the things that could/would/should BE,
instantly taking us out of the moment, out of center, spiraling
the mind into an illusory state of dis-satisfaction, where the
ego can then "fix the problem." With intent and discipline,
this radically changes.

Let me share an example:

Recently my sister, Katherine, paid me a sincere, deeply
touching compliment.  She shared that watching me in-vision,
co-create and steward Go Gratitude had dissolved some
illusory beliefs of a gap existing between her and other
teachers/prominent figures/Masters ie. "successful people."

In watching my human-ness, growth spurts and ummm -|
authentic ignorance - Katherine realized she'd put these folks
on a pedestal -  imagining THEY were perfect,
enjoying the life of their dreams, totally enlightened
and waaaaay BEYOND her present state of evolution.

She realized we are all human, we wake every day and face
what the Spirit of Creation brings our way. The difference
is how we choose to use what we are given.

So ... as Katherine's sharing this insight, gushing with
Gratitude for my role in dissolving a dis-empowering illusion,
my ego is going, "Oh, I see ... you love me because I'm not
perfect??? and it makes you feel better about yourself???"
Or something like this ...

It was more of a feeling, a deeply embedded anti-bliss
mechanism that was attempting to sabotage the moment
and find something wrong with it.  EGO.

At the heart of the matter, however, was the transmission
of a cosmic awareness of the Divine plan of brother and
sisterhood ... for the roles we, as evolutionary partners,
play in the lives of our fellow beings, and for the JOY of
becoming.  Appreciation for the perfection of
imperfection.

Thankfully, as the discipline to Go Gratitude! has become
(almost) first nature, I breathed deeply to enter center
and listened with my heart.  What I felt was a wave of
Love shifting my being from ego to essence.  I felt safe,
honored, nurtured ... and inspired.

Yes ... inspired!

Inspired as the Wisdom of Love merged with my awareness.
Inspired to discover my learning curve was of benefit to
another.  Inspired as I perceived this gift to be a chance to
re-write old patterns of self-loathing, judgment
and perfectionism ...  and be great-full for all
that IS!

Katie taught me a (k)new way to GO Gratitude!

Now, during this open-hearted sharing, I encountered
a choice-point:  to witness truth and Gracefully accept
this gift --- or spiral into ego-mania, taking issue or finding
fault to keep the little me, well, little.

My sister's insight brought light to fears still holding my
soul captive. In a flash, I saw multitudes of choice-points
where I had surrendered authentic power, and submitted
to ego's illusory protection, as I feared being:

:: silly :: wrong :: authentic :: unique :: vulnerable ::

I also saw moments of redemption and resurrection, where
I turned from the shadow of fear to face the Light, to meet
the challenge and grow, grow grow ...

You see ... after launching the Experiment, I found myself
gripped with fear.  Fear of being found un-grateful.  Fear
of forgetting to live what I was teaching. Fear that others
might believe I AM - uugggh - a fake.

Now, you've heard the phrase "Fake it till you make it",
right?

In reality, to experience the profound blessings of choosing to
Go Gratitude, there is no faking it.  "Faking it" is a form of
resistance - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
What we resist persists, our integrity pays the price for
stuffing our truth, and others feel the fakery.

It's akin to being offered plastic fruit, while the giver is saying
"oooohhh, doesn't that smell sweet?" There is nothing of real
substance, seeds of distrust are sown, and it benefits neither.
In short, in-authenticity sucks.

Some might say in-authenticity is the malady of our
age. Hidden agendas,  black-lined records,  political
pandering, Sugar-coated lies, fake views and fake news.

And yet ... as we choose to stand in our authentic
power, we align with the Higher Self, gaining access
to insight, discernment, and compassion.  We see
through the illusion to Truth and begin to choose the power
of Love over the love of power.

So how do we stand in our authentic power?

• We live our truth - with compassion.

• We let go - and grow with Gratitude.

• We rise above the mess - to see the blessings.

• and ... We Faith it till we make it.
  
  

Yes,  we Faith it till we make it!

This simple choice overcomes the malady of fakery, and
instills a deep sense of presence, choice and Divinity within
our being.

So how do we 'Faith it til we make it?"

Go Gratitude!




As a collective body of living Love, we are moving through
an intense, immense overhaul of our mass consciousness.
As we see through the illusions of the ego and separation,
we find ourselves at a choice-point:  Love or Fear.

In the short-run, it might be easier to play the blame game,
(EGO/Fear) finding fault with all that will lie in ruins and
focus our thoughts on what is not working, fearing "the end"
is near. Faith has little leverage here.

However, as we look out upon the landscape of creation,
and in Faith Wisdom focus our hearts upon those things
we are great-full for, that which brings us joy and mirrors
truth, we shift from ego to essence and resurrect our Selves.

We begin to 'Think with our hearts and Love with our minds.'
We enjoy an authentic life.  We offer a model for others to
emulate, and find the same gift returned to us, as others, too,
choose to dream awake and co-create through the power of
Love and Gratitude!

I share this with you because we are all Masters and all
students, each one with a unique set of talents and attributes.
As each of us chooses to embody our authentic nature, to live
with a great-full heart and with Joy greet each new day, we
give permission for others to do so, as well.

Beloveds, each of us has a vital role to play in the emergence
of the Age of Peace and Illumination.  It requires us to
live our Truth, to let go of attachment to criticism or flattery,
and focus our attentions on BEING the waking dream.

Today, we call upon the Master within each of us to rise and
take our place in the Great circle of Life. We remember it is
our birth right to thrive, to live in harmony with Nature,
with one another and, most importantly, our Selves.
Let us be Masters of our own destiny, and together provide
an estuary for an evolution in consciousness to emerge.
