| ~Getting Rid of an Unknown Spirit~ In getting rid of an unknown bad spirit you need to be in touch with your own body, mind, spirit connection....take charge! Use the tools of empowerment and strength and then see if an outside source it at fault. The Tools for empowerment are: Visualisation, Meditation, Affirmation and can be used with your own Consciousness. The work of cleansing or clearing is a personal journey and you most of us struggle with this for some time...we simply need to feel the power of our own strength. Begin each day with an affirmation....make it a prayerful affirmation of protection and love telling your mind: "God is in His heaven and all is right with my world." This has a history of peace and harmony, but one of your own choosing would work as well....keep it simple! During the stresses of your day, take 5 minutes to repeat it and make it the last thought at night before sleep. As you put your life and all its dramas, traumas, stresses in God's hands, solutions will appear to all that plagues your world! You must mean it and concentrate on the thought you are projecting....lip service will not get the job done. As personal strength and centering returns you will identify all the interference for yourself and be empowered to handle all that is thrown your way.
