ICED TEA

 3 bags RED ROSE tea

3 bags GREEN tea

put in bottom of  a 1 (one) gallon pitcher.
Pour a few cups of hot (almost boiling) water over it.
Let steep for 10 - 30 minutes  depending on your level of strongness
lift out tea bags with a slotted spoon as water may still be very very hot.

with a Large serving spoon press against the tea bags in the slotted spoon and let the rest of the tea water drip back into the pitcher.

While tea concentrate is still warm add sugar to your taste. Add a cup or less as the sugar will melt completely and bond with the warm tea particles in this mixture.

This actually makes the tea taste sweeter without all that extra sugar.    Stir until the brew has no more loose sugar particles floating about.   You can tell this as the brew becomes very clear.

Add COLD water to fill the 1 gallon pitcher.   Stir.
Serve in glass glasses over ICE.
Very refreshing on a hot summer's day.
