Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball Recipe
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained | 2 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt |
Cream the cream cheese and stir in pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup nuts, green pepper, onion and seasoning salt. Chill. Form into 2 balls and roll cheese ball in rest of pecans to coat the surface. Chill until ready for serving. (Set out until room temperature just before serving.) Serve with raw vegetables and / or crackers.
Cheesey Cheese Ball Recipe
1 small cream cheese 1 jar sharp cheese 1 jar smokey cheese 1 jar Blue cheese | 2 tsp. onion juice 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. chopped pecans |
Cream together all the cheeses until smooth. Add onion juice and Worcestershire sauce. Chill for several hours. Form into a ball and roll cheese ball in pecans until covered. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Crunchy Cheese Ball Recipe
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. mayonnaise 2 c. ground cooked ham 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley | 1 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce 1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts |
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce. Cover and chill several hours. Form mixture into ball. Roll cheese ball in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) package Ranch-style dressing mix
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 4 pecan halves
DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and dressing mix. Form into one large ball or two smaller balls. Roll in chopped pecans to coat surface. Decorate the top with pecan halves. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
