Sauce;
3 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy sauce
2 tsp. Sesame Seed Oil
½ tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Fried Rice Seasoning

4 tbsp. Veg, Oil �?2 Tbsp. ea.ch
½ lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 sm. Onion - chopped
2 Green. Onions (tops included) �?finely diced
4 cups Cooked, Long Grain Rice
1 can Diced Tomatoes - drained
½ cup Frozen Peas �?thawed
2 Eggs �?lightly beaten
Prep;
Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
Cooking; in, a small nonstick pan, add 2 tbsp. oil and scramble the eggs.
Chop eggs fine and set aside.
In a large nonstick frying pan, over high heat, Heat the pan until hot and add the remaining oil and coat sides of pan.
Add ground beef. Cook and chop up in the pan as it fries. Stir-fry 1 min., and add chopped onions, green onions and stir-fry 2 min. Reduce heat to med. and stir in rice separating grains.
Add tomatoes, peas, eggs, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 min. Add sauce and stir until heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy.
For a little more flavor, drizzel a little Hot Pepper Oil, over dish, to taste.
