Hi All! Does anyone know where I can find a list of foods that are good for Grey's?

Thanx in advance!

Hi Jb, AG's eat a wide variety of "Heathly People" foods, dry pellet diet  and  a good seed/pellet mix . You can type into your search browser and find hundreds of pages on healthy eating.
No Chockolate, avocatos, caffieine, excessive sugar or salt. Both of my greys are picky eaters and it's a struggle everyday to get them to eat heathly.

http://www.petbirdreport.com/articles/ahealthy.html This link is to Companion Parrot Quarterly' on general parrot nutrion . And Parrot parrot has some good general health stuff. http://www.parrotparrot.com/library/Nay

Hi NaNay ~

Exactly what I was looking for!

In addition to a small "seed" diet, they get fresh veggies and fruit.

I have 1 Blue & Gold,  (Macaw) 1 African Grey & 1 Conure.

Thanx Again!

Again, thank you!

My Smee has always been a good eater - All 3 of my fids are.  In the morning, we have fresh fruit (always) and either oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bagels or english muffins.  I squeeze fresh juice every morning (Orange tree in the back yard!).  During the day they get Harrison's, Zupreem and a seed/bean/veggie pasta mix - dry.  Dinner is fresh veggies and whatever I'm having for dinner.  They don't care what it is as long as I look like I'm enjoying it!   lol.  I cook without salt but use a lot of Paprika/Pepper/Garlic/Oregano, etc.  I salt mine separately after I dish theirs out.  Cheese, unsalted nuts and peanut butter is a staple here.  Smee likes to dip her finger carrots in Peanut Butter - UGH.  They love checking for sprouts every day!  It's become a ritual.  Yogurt is good - milk isn't.  Basically, if you eat healthy foods, so will your fid.  Greys are especially interested in what their human flock member is doing/eating.  Naynay gave you some great links for info - it's really important to know what you can't/shouldn't feed them.  Keep variety going so they are always interested in new things.  When I'm introducing a new food, I gnosh on it and act like it's from a 5 star restaurant!  They're almost falling off their perches to have a nibble... - Everyone has a different ways of feeding their flock - Every Grey is different, too.  I hope this helps.  Good luck with your CAG/TAG?
