Escape into my dreams
My field of dreams
Is where I caress beauty
I paint it in vivid colour
Far reaching, deep and rich
A place where a cool breeze
Touches my being
And the sunlight
Kisses my face
It is where images whisper
Bringing colour to life
For me alone to see
I revel in the mystery
There alone with my thoughts
I capture the magic
And lock it in my heart
Where I keep it safe
This is my escape
The place I go
To count my blessings
I count them one by one
