Donna Goeppert has all the luck - twice over. The Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, woman has won a second million-dollar lottery jackpot.
Earlier this year, Goeppert won a mil with a Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket. She did again it last Thursday.
Lottery officials confirm she's filed a claim for the jackpot, which will take four to six weeks to verify.
Goeppert says it's just unbelievable and asks what are the odds?
Well, a Lehigh University professor calculates the odds of being a double winner at something like 419 million-to-one.
