• Fort Drunk - Fort Drum in the 1990's, due to the high level of alcohol related incidents
• Fort Knocks - Fort Knox
• Fort Lost in the Woods - Fort Leonard Wood, due to its remote location
• Fort Puke, Fort Poke, Camp Swampy - Fort Polk, due to name or location
• Fort Silly - Fort Sill
• Fort Useless - Fort Eustis
• Puking Buzzards - 101st Airborne Division, from "Screaming Eagles" motto
• Choking Chickens - 101st Airborne Division, from "Screaming Eagles" motto
• Great Beret Give-Away - 82nd Airborne Division. Light infantry units typically used this, because previous to the army switching to berets, this was the only division-sized unit that wore berets. Infantrymen thought it insulting that even admin clerks in the 82nd wore berets.
