Starting today I'm going to start walking again.  My house is still a mess and I can't get to any of my exercise equipment still.  I still have zero energy and I think I just need some exercise to boost those good feeling bubbles and get myself going.  School starts next week and the kids and I both need to start getting into a schedule again. 
So for my goals Lady I am putting forth that I walk at least 20 minutes a day for two weeks and work on losing 5 pounds which will put me at 162 pounds.

Good morning! I got up early this morning and got my husband off to work then intended on popping in a walking DVD and working out before the kids got up.  But I had some problems getting my DVD/VCR to work in the living room so I had to go to my bedroom and it took me a while to locate and hook up that DVD player.  But I got in a 1 mile walk this morning but it threw off our prepare for back to school routine.  I'm going to walk to the mail box here in a bit and my driveway is really steep so I think I'll do lunges on the way back up.  Have a blessed day!

Great Workout, Mary!!...Keep it up and I know you will get there!!!  I am so glad you have made such a great commitment.  I have been doing a lot of yard work and am tryingto stay on tack with my eating.  So far so good.

Hey ! Ya'll,   Just thought I would stop & say Hey!!Well, my weight at the beginning of Chambers,,,was 182.. At 5'1"Today ,I went to my Dr. & I weighed 158.. so I guess I'm doing ok...My daughter is having a baby boy late Sept. "Dravin Michael"Can't wait 'til he gets here!!  Hope everyone is safe & Healthy.....oxoxoxoxox Beckie

Things are going ok with me...Still fighting the weight loss battle and am doing
the best that I can.

My news...am moving...yep...we are headed to Seattle ....we leave next week...to start the 2700 mile trek...we are moving because of job opportunities...and stuff...
 
Weight wise...UGH....am staying steady...not gaining not losing!!!
