I'm sorry everyone...the above may be a little difficult to read but if you can, you will find it very moving. I tried every way possible to get this from the web in a more legible fashion...there were many blocks on it so as not to copy...I would have re-typed it but there were 4 pages and it would have taken forever.
I hope you can take a few minutes to read through all the annoying directives...it's that beautiful!
