Directions: 1.) HUSK ears of corn, removing silks. Trim and wash. 2.) PREPARE and pack corn using the Corn-on-the-Cob or Whole Kernel recipe. 3.) FREEZE up to 1 year.
Corn-on-the-Cob �? 1.) BLANCH ears in boiling water (1-1/2 inches in diameter 6 minutes, 2 inches in diameter 8 minutes and larger than 2 inches in diameter 10 minutes). Drain and cool. 2.) WRAP ears individually in moisture/vapor-proof film. 3.) PACK wrapped ears of corn into plastic freezer bags or vacuum package. Label.
