Tuna Burgers
2 regular cans tuna (Your favorite type)
1/4 cup each finely minced onions, celery, &
green peppers
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon favorite seafood seasoning
1 or 2 eggs beaten
flour
salt & pepper to taste
Drain tuna and break up or flake with a fork. Add seasonings,
stirring to
blens. Add onion, celery, & greenpepper again stirring to blends all
ingredients.
Add beaten eggs mixing all ingredients well. Add enough flour to hold
mixture together. Pat into thin patties and brown on stove in desired
shortening. We like them on crisp side.
