WOW Shera! How lucky are you! I would love to have an inground pool and be able to swim whenever the mood struck me. I don't personally know of any good water exercise, but you might try checking at the physical therapy department at your local hospital. They usually do a lot of aqua aerobic exercises, because they are easier on patients going through any type of injury rehab. You could also try Google~~enter "water aerobics" in the search line and see what you come up with. You are really doing so much to help yourself! I wish I could give you a big cheer! sheryl |

Thanks Sheryl - it is always easy for me to think about it or talk about it, but actually doing it is so hard!!!! I need someone to bug me daily! |

If you REALLY want to be bugged...send me an e-mail at [email protected]. I will write you every morning (or until you feel comfortable you have estamlished exercise as a habit) and bug you into moving! But only do it if you are serious! I'm on my treadmill usually 4 hours a day, and I strongly believe in the way exercise does a body GOOD! I'll be your cheerleader if you need one! Let me know, OK? sheryl |

Shera, I once had a water aerobics class and was very dissatisfied with it. I don't have a pool, except a small wading pool for the grandson but we often spend a lot of time at the lake. I do water exercises but i make up my own. Start with stretches, then laps and whatever, then end with more stretches. voni |
