Goodmorning folks!!!  This past week I fell upon this site called  realage.com.  So I took the test and aaaggghhh!!!
I'm 12 years older than I should be.  On this site you take the test and in about 2 hours they email you the results along with ideas and tips on how to make yourself younger!!!   Then if you follow the tips and change some things in your life you retake the test to update your age.  It takes a few minutes to do the test but Its fun and informative.  And....as a result of the test I'm back on my good nutrition plan (for as long as it lasts)  Now that I have young grandchildren I want to be alive when they grow up!!! And thats gonna take some doing on my part!!!

Everybody have a great saturday and take the test.....

My "real age" is 43, 7 years older than my real age (if that makes sense)36. They gave me bad scores for sleeping too much (I put 8 hours) and not knowing my resting heart rate....hmmm

Anyways, I had fun taking the test.

Cheers!

I haven't taken that test for a while, but last time I took it, I was already dead!

Overweight, heart disease, diabetes, two types of cancer, etc., etc....I'm just glad to be alive today, and I'm doing the best I can to savor each day and live a healthier life today.  If that gives me a few extra years, great!

Well Jo, I'm 72.1  and I'm not doing as good as I said I would do over the weekend!  I just wanted some warm cinnamon rolls so I made some!
I hate it when I get to the point that I'm "starting over" EVERYDAY!!!  anyone else do this??

Well, I took that test just for curiosity. Have any of you considered even though we could be younger than what the test results revealed that this test puts you into a different category. By this I mean if you are 55 years young they have you labeled as a senior citizen. If you are 65 or older they either have you much older or 6 feet under the daisys.
The bottom line is no matter how many health ailments each of us have its how you feel and think. If you are thinking you are old than you are old. But if you are old and have a young mind than you know the end result.

Jo,  I agree with you that in my mind and spirit I might be 35 (used to be 25).  But this test also gives people a wake up call
about exercising and eating right (which I need just about EVERYDAY).
I realize that i'm 12 years older than I really am in this test because my family backgrounds not all that great. (Like daddy dieing at age 58 and diabetes and cancer rampant)  It does make a point about some of my poor food choices (like I refuse to give up bacon) And this just makes me think harder about eating better.  It inspires me to fill the freezer with frozen veggies so
I don't just eat hot roastbeef open face sandwichs and skip veggies altogether.

I just need constant  "STOP THAT!"  reminders.
