I think it was Alisa who's going to try the St. John's wort and valerian. I'm just taking my regular vitamins that I've always taken (including some ALA and extra magnesium) I added some extra B vitamins too. Yup, that Lyrica can really make a mess for some folks. I have to try and get over the fact that I didn't look all these facts up prior to taking it. It can just take the body awhile to readjust.
