How did you do with Thanskgiving?

I had a few high blood sugar numbers, but I also got out and walked my dog for long walks nearly every day of the long weekend. I was the host this year, and I was starting to freak out having my mother-in-law and brother-in-law staying with us for 5 days and 8 days, respectively. I had to keep telling myself, "It's about the people, not perfection." My husbands' relatives are nice people, too, but it's a challenge having guests for a long time with kids, a job where I work at home, and everything.

Most of our Thanksgiving leftovers are gone, so there isn't much temptation left in the house.

My plan is to keep going to water aerobics and doing yoga thru the holidays. My hope is not to gain weight thru the end of December.
