I would treat at 70 - not much, but at least a little if I'm not close enough to a meal. I'm on extended release meds and I haven't exactly figured out when they "hit" the release portion, but they are going to keep going down. I don't feel a low until I get in the low 50s now - then again, one day I didn't feel it until I was already at 38 and that's scary.
 
My T1 nephew laughed the other day and said he loves lows, he can eat candy. Isn't it nice to have such little thing bring such a big thrill to your life.
