I do, and also at 3 am when I have to get outa bed to catherterize my bladder, I must do so.
But before I get up at 3 am, I sit on the side of the bed and test my BS first.  Often I may be low and than drink from my small glas of water with 3 teaspoons of sugar in it, wait 5 minutes and it is safe to get up.  Every night that sugar water is on my night table.  Works like a charm.
If I get up and test later, my legs become very weak and I'm afraid I will drop down through them, when I'm low at that time. Just a safety measure, needed from time to time.
HOW ABOUT YOU?

JOHNBEN or JB.
